Final Thoughts
So there we have it, a whistle stop tour of my journey building an observatory with no real plan, no real building experience and very limited sporadic hours in between work, family and whenever the UK weather played ball.
All in all it’s taken several months of trial an error, many corrections and adjustments to get it finished to his point, however overall I’m really please with the result and enjoyed the experience.
I now have a permanent setup that allows me to be ready to image in minutes and enables me to make the most of the limited clear skies we get.
